Each stage is designed to progress toward the goal of obtaining the best phone plan for our client and maintaining a healthy, ongoing satisfaction.
Investigation - Phone Plans and Telephone Hardware
Investigation has two elements: the client's current situation and their future needs.
Aussie Phone Brokers determines the current situation of each customer by investigating the business's Location, Equipment, Level of Use and Justification. As far as possible, future needs are examined and discussed.
- Location will define which offers from the service providers are available. Some customers are lucky enough to be within range of newer technologies, which translates into additional savings.
- Telecommunications equipment will similarly define the range of available offers. For example, some phone systems do not allow for reprogramming, while others allow VoIP technologies to be used.
- Level of Use must be examined. Simply put: for higher telecommunications expenditure, better telecommunications plans become available.
- Justification has to do with the customer's communications expenditure. If the client is going to save $3400 per annum, is it worth spending $4500 today to achieve that?
"We aim to save our Client money; without them spending any."
We find that this serves our clients best.
On the rare occasions where we do suggest an investment, the client should be satisfied that they have enough information to make the correct commercial decision.
