Investigation examines our customer's current situation - and enquiries about future needs.
With this information and a customer's phone bills, Analysis of the available telecommunications solutions from our service providers commences. The result is a shortlist of the best phone plans for our customer. These offers are listed by service provider and are ranked by price. This service is unique to Aussie Phone Brokers.
With our shortlist in hand, Consultation occurs with our client, explaining the pro's and con's of each service offer. Again, this service is unavailable from a company that merely provides a list of available offers from service providers - Aussie is proud to go the extra mile for our customers.
At this stage, we take instruction from our customer regarding Implementation of the phone offer that they feel most comfortable with. Because Aussie takes the responsibility of implementing the changes, the customer remains free to get on with running their business.
Our Ongoing Support is a useful tool for our customers (and, often, an unlooked-for bonus). Besides receiving updates to their rates, analysis of new products and free advice; customers also enjoy an extra 'layer' of service. During times of need, it is simply better to have two voices, than one (and with our industry knowledge and contacts, Aussie knows the questions to ask, the people to talk to and how to escalate issues). While this skill is rarely used, our customers have a piece-of-mind that our 'extra layer of support' is there.
