  • 3 days - if PSTN lines are already present and have been working recently.
  • 7 days - if new phone lines must be connected from the street to the premises.

ISDN2

Telephone Connections
Connection of these services generally takes 5-10 working days.
  • 5 days - if ISDN2 lines are already present and have been working recently.
  • 5-10 days - if PSTN lines are to be converted to ISDN2 lines.
  • 10 days - if new phone lines must be connected from the street to the premises.

ISDN10/20/30

Telephone Connections
Connection of these services generally takes 7-30+ working days.
  • 7 days - if ISDN PRI lines are already present and have been working recently.
  • 3-5 days - if PSTN lines are to be ported into a 100 number range.
  • 30+ days - if new phone lines must be connected from the street to the premises.
