Providers of Fixed Line Services, Mobile Phone Services and Internet Services are required (under the Telecommunications Act 1997) to register under the TIO (Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman) scheme.  The list supplied below is a member list from the TIO and lists 930 Internet service providers.  These service providers are Internet Service Providers only.  The list was updated on February 2nd 2007.
