- Glossary of Australian Telecoms terms
- The Aussie Phone Brokers Glossary of Australian Telecommunications terms contains over 400 terms and their descriptions. Pages are separated alphabetically and as many terms as possible are cross-referenced by hyperlink, for convenience. - Telecommunications Performance Monitoring Bulletin - Report prepared by the ACMA (Australian Telecommunications and Media Authority) using data from the TIO (Telecommunications Ombudsman). This report outlines performance statistics for the largest four Telco's in Australia. Raw data is supplied by the TIO.
- Graphical Representation - The Data from this Report is presented in a graphical format. Aussie Phone Brokers has drawn no conclusions about the performance of the top four Telecommunications Service Providers; we have merely presented raw data in a graphical format.
- Australian Service Providers List - Providers of Fixed Line Services, Mobile Phone Services and Internet Services are required (under the Telecommunications Act 1997) to register under the TIO (Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman) scheme. The list supplied is a member list from the TIO and lists 1695 telecommunications service providers. Many of these service providers retail Fixed Line Phone Plans, Mobile Phone Plans and Internet Service Plans, or combinations of Landline, Mobile and Internet services. The list was updated on February 2nd 2007.
- Telephone Service Providers List - This list is a member list from the TIO and lists 345 telephone telecommunications service providers. These service providers offer Fixed Line Phone Services and Mobile Phone Services, or combinations of Landline or Mobile services. The list was updated on February 2nd 2007.
- Internet Service Providers List - This list is a member list from the TIO and lists 930 Internet service providers. These service providers are Internet Service Providers only. The list was updated on February 2nd 2007.
- Phone and Internet Service - This list is a member list from the TIO and lists 359 telecommunications service providers. These service providers are Telephone Service Providers and Internet Service Providers. These service providers supply Internet Services with Fixed Line Services and/or Mobile Services. The list was updated on February 2nd 2007.
- Telstra Feature Codes - A list of the programmable features for Telstra PSTN services. Call Divert, Call Waiting, Call Forward, Caller ID blocking, etc. These codes may be used with most Telstra landline services.
